This Unified License & Terms Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the access to and use of the AI Studio Hub platform, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between AI Studio Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the individual or entity accessing or using the Services (“User”, “you”).
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only, subject to this Agreement.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Rent, lease, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with system integrity
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to create, distribute, or promote:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Misinformation or deceptive practices
- Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Services may generate content using artificial intelligence. Such content:
- Is provided for informational purposes only
- May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- Should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, models, content, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of AI Studio Hub or its licensors.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our data practices, which include:
- Collection of account, usage, and technical data
- Use of cookies and similar technologies
- Processing of AI-generated content
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
8. Cookies
We use essential, functional, analytical, and advertising cookies to operate and improve the Services. You may manage cookies via your browser settings.
9. Commercial Terms
9.1 Service Description
The Services are provided on a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and may include, depending on the agreed scope, AI-powered tools, custom configuration, and limited custom development services.
Custom development and configuration services are provided only where explicitly agreed in writing (including via proposal, statement of work, or email confirmation) and are subject to additional fees, timelines, and assumptions.
Unless explicitly agreed, the Services do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
9.2 Subscription, Billing & Payment
- Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual, depending on the selected plan).
- Fees are payable in advance for each billing period.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
9.3 Training & Support
Training, onboarding, configuration sessions, and custom development support may be included where explicitly agreed in writing as part of the commercial scope.
Unless otherwise agreed, support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include guaranteed response times or service levels.
10. AI Usage & Human-in-the-Loop
The Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate outputs automatically based on the information provided by the User.
- Outputs are generated without human review or validation by default.
- The Services do not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.
- The User remains solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any outputs generated.
No reliance shall be placed on AI-generated outputs without independent verification by the User.
11. Data Ownership & Responsibility
11.1 Input Data
- All data, content, or materials submitted by the User remain the property of the User.
- The User represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights and lawful basis to provide such data.
- The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the input data.
11.2 Output Data
- Subject to this Agreement, the User may use AI-generated outputs for internal business purposes.
- AI Studio Hub makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of outputs.
11.3 Data Use Limitations
User data is not used to train general-purpose AI models unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
12. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle
- Refunds are granted only in cases of significant service failure attributable to us
- No refunds for change of mind or unused time
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Studio Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
17. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
